You(less)

Just some thoughts.

I covered my eyes with a blindfold of pride,

My ears, I covered with foolish self-deception

My life consists of endless gibberish,

of dreams, desires and your warm breath,

of suicides, that always bring me back,

there - where we didn't leave anything.

My whole being is drowning in youlessness 

My love is like a paper boat,

Creation, of my trembling hands

Carrying all of my burning desires,

Decorated, with sensual words,

and with my heart as a postscript.

...I let the river carry it to you,

in hope, that I might get an answer,

but if I don't...

..I'll just forget.

I enjoyed the poem.

I like the above lines. Could stand alone. Good to fall into the need of another. We just hope we are receiving what we are giving. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
