A petition duly tendered by the appellant making the Fug You pronouncement is before this Court praying for a favorable decree. Good judgment requires that you turn knowledge into understanding. This sounds obvious, but as ever, the devil is in the detail which in this case is your super fugging approach and Fug you attitude. Hence by the force of law this appellate court pronounces a royal decree in favor of the Fugging appellant holding up all the claims and pronouncements made by her suo moto on this page.
