What Will Be

What Will Be

A Poem by Merancapeman

It is as they say
That when it goes its way
It may forever wind
Or end, to sit
and become a mirror
That we gaze upon in thought
And remember what once was.

We sigh upon the face of twilight,
Watching ever quiet
As shooting stars travel by
And wonder if our wish
Will come as we see fit
Or perhaps
As we least expect it.

And when Spring comes
How humbly we smile
When daylight breaches fog
And mirrors become rivers
And stars become our dreams
One day, Spring will come
We look toward what will be.

This is an interesting poem… kinda abstract, but still pretty understandable. But what did you mean in "it may forever wind"?
