Syrian Civil War

A Story by Meshalini
"

A short article about a conflict that happening in Syria.

"
The Syrian Civil War, it's now in fifth year. Until now, no one is happy and living in fear. Who started all this? What is the cause of this war?
The problems began to raise after Bashar al-Assad became the President of Syria in 2000 and in 2004, the US imposes sanctions on Syria for supporting terrorism and failing to stop IS from entering Iraq and Syria.
The Civil War started in March 15, 2011 when people protested to release the political prisoners in the Southern city of Daraa. This protest has triggered a series of nationwide demonstrations.
In May 2011, Assad sent soldiers and tanks to quash the anti-government protest.
Three months later, the leaders throughout the world called Assad to stop the violence, as the death toll keep increasing and many losing their loved ones.
Moreover, at the end of 2011, a double suicide bomb happened in Damascus and killed 44 people and more than 200 are violently killed by security forces in the Idlib province.
Not only the Syrian government but militants also started their campaigns by killing the innocents.
The US and Russia are trying to attack the militants but innocent people are the victims.
The last estimated shows that more than 470,000 people have killed and only 20,000 IS fighters have killed.

A study carried out by Save The Children said more than 10,000 children have killed in war. Every day, we will see a picture of remains of the children who died in the attack.
It is very difficult to see them suffer and what's worse is the attitude did not care about this issue. Friends please don't keep silent, this situation could possibly happen to you tomorrow.
So please open your eyes and see what you can do to help them release from this hell.

The world is in the grip of greedy people. Those who are so afraid of loss they cannot see the beauty in harmony and friendship. It is so easy to provoke the masses into conflict by poisoning their minds with fake news and propaganda. History is littered with such truth. Look at recent times, Rwanda, Yugoslavia, Syria, Yemen.

it is really very pathetic ..before some days I had read a writing of my friend, Coyote,,it was again a very dangerous and painful one.. but the common people must stretch their helping hands by providing the necessary stuffs to the sufferers as soon as possible..and I will not talk about the government as their diplomatic steps irritate all the time

Thank you very much..
That's why we have the United nations. Though they do seem to be a waste of time. It's all down to the removal of Assad. But in saying that, we know what happened in Iraq and Libya..

The world had gone mad. My question. What can countries like the USA do? USA would make it worst. (Iraq, for example)Civil wars are internal. I believe all people can do is send food, water and medicine. I pray daily for sanity.
