Connection Now or Never

Connection Now or Never

A Poem by Metaphantom
"

a poem I wrote under a weeping willow tree, next to the water off the Vashon Island of the pacific Northwest, only way to the island is ferry boat. But I had a mind of creativity there.

"
Never found connection like this
I find bliss,
In the winds blowing a weeping
willow tree,
Oh, silly me
I searched
It wasn't something you can really see,
just feel
reveal a tear from the place I hide
I got,
my pride in spots,
Let go of being in my mind a lot,
The sensory of being with my soul
as I stroll
with the sand between my toes
Only this body grows old
However, I live
Life is truly what we venture to
and give I do
I do not need to make a stamp for you
to remember me
If they never knew my soul then,
they knew only a body's name
a mental view
and never found a connection
