Stars Fall

is it finished yet...

When the stars fall,..

my love cries out...

 

take me away...

a mid-night triste,

with the pages turning.

 

Into the night,

where out hearts collide...

and the story crosses,

Our lives decide where we coincide.

Just hoping you keep me in your mind....

I really love the second stanza in this, it's short but powerful and the unique use of language is captivating. Kind of reminded me of getting lost in a book, like it takes you into a new world. :D

Simple thoughts but poetically put which gives it intense meaning. I do want to offer something on this one... The title is lovely and you bind it in well at the start but I reckon more great phrases and imagery with the stars and context in line would really add to this.
