I want to go where man has not.

I want to go where man has not.

A Poem by Midge Marie

I want to go where man has not.

I want to see a place where man has not touched.

I want to witness a sight where there is no trace of man.

I want to watch the wild wolf run.

I want to see the animals as they truly are, God’s creations.

Not some monsters as man knows them.

The beasts are not outside; they are in our minds.

We created them, not the Devil.

Man thinks that he is smarter than his animal counterpart.

Just because an animal cannot think as he does.

But can man survive on his own in the wild?

Animals do not create war, man does.

Animals know no greed nor hate.

They only take what they need, unlike man.

I want to go where the animals roam free without any restrictions from man.

I want to go where man has not.

I want to see a place where man has not touched.

I want to witness nature in God’s image, not man’s.

I want to go to a place that knows no greed or lust.

Only survival.

A place that has no price.

A place of beauty that man has not touched with wanting hands.

I want to go where man has not.
