The Dead

The Dead

A Poem by Midge Marie

I Welcome the Dead,
For they can teach me what no
Living Man  can.

They have lived their lives
And their lives are through.

I fear not their souls,
But their words and
Their Piercing Eyes.

For the Truth may
Sting more than
A thousand lies.
