The Moonlight Sonata

The Moonlight Sonata

A Poem by Heart Of A Wolf

There once was a man

Born on the sixtenth of December

Who could coax emotion from a melody

As a fire does from an ember.

His music is soul

That comes straight from the heart.

He turned simple keys and music

Into a refined and magical art.

His notes whisper over skin

To produce soothing and calming effects.

Rain and lightning come to life

In the storm that he projects.

The piano's musical vibrations

Flowed through his delicate fingertips

As his ear pressed to the floor,

Listening for the melody's rises and dips.

He was intuned to the night

And the feeling of nature's sounds.

He created music sent

Straight from heavenly realms.
