Weary Water Flea

Weary Water Flea

A Poem by PoeticColors

No tissues needed
No tears have fallen
When just waking up leaves me weary
When did things start feeling so dreary?
I feel neither sorrow nor glee
I feel as small as a water flea
Even walking feels like a chore
My favorite hobbies are now a bore
Was the sky always so grey?
I feel like a lost castaway
I know I haven't left my home in weeks
But I’d rather watch people walk the streets
