Alone.A Story by MillieAlone.
Loving someone can take a life time, last a life time, feel like a life time. It can last seconds, days, months, years but no one will ever know truly how much you cared.
It was a pit. A cold dark pit. My skin frozen, my tears drowning, my breath slowing. My heart clenched, broke and bled. Sweet life drained along with you. Protect myself. I don't want to feel, I don't want to hurt any more. Why? Why did you have to go? Silence screamed with a dreadful echo. I was aware, I was alone. Wrapped in my own arms. Alone. Alone. Alone. Alone. Alone. Alone. Alone. Alone. Alone. Alone. Alone. I was plagued by my own sorrow; drowning in my loneliness. With each passing second I distanced myself from life. I don't want to go on any more... Why did you go? Why didn't you stay? Why didn't you hold on, or, fight for me? Love had never been so dangerously painful. I want you back, I want. You. Back.
