That boy from across the feildA Poem by MillieSummer romance type thing, but with a twist in its tail. The girl's love, the boy's other. The warmth of the embrace as you held me in your arms Sweet, Soft, touch as you hold on tight The smell of your colone as i breath in deep Eyes close as if lulling to sleep Reality seems so far away, as here i could stay
Joyful smile, Sunlit face The sight that catches my eye when i see you That boy from across the feild Eyes lock, waiting for the other to make the first move Second step is always the hardst
Breath escapes me Love elates me Feelings over power
She's always there Dewelling over me A constant reminder of my wrog doing
I don't belong This is not my place I am not your's to keep There's another in your life but no one in mine I'd give anything, everything For that to be false, for this to be a terrifing dream
Strolling closer That big smile on your face, the cautious one on mine My body begins to tingle As your arms rap round me, warming me, needing me Our soft embrace Not for the last time
My heart pounds My soul feels guilty Head spins like around-a-bout Knowing what is wrong and what is right My guilt pleasure, Your one on the side
The last embrace is soon to be © 2011 MillieAuthor's Note
