Well This girl who's my best friend is moving :( And I will certainly miss her like crazy ohh ang she's the one with the Blue shirt in this picture <3

Sad and yet sweet, moving doesn't have to mean good-bye forever. Keep in touch, you'll see each other again. However, there is a point in the poem where you say that you've known her forever and then later contradict yourself by saying that she's been in your life for only a year. Some minor revision, one might say it feels as though you've known her forever or something of the like. Still a very heart felt, warm poem.
