Foolish Girl

 What happened to us?

Don't you remember what you said?

Those few words that made me feel safe, 

The ones that made me think someone would always be there for me.

I really believed you. 

What a foolish girl. 

You never keep your promises, 

And this one wasn't any different. 

"Always and Forever." 

I don't think so.

I've gone through a lot and I think writing will help me reflect upon it.
