Petulance and Acrimony

Petulance and Acrimony

A Story by RFDIII

Petulance and Acrimony
(Pecuniary marriage)

Tenebrous tendrils, stark miasma, encroaches this tumult of time;
Zephyr soughs,
bark-heart thy master, groaning 'midst piercing repines.
Censure and solace;
Petulant relief;
Acrimony, Matrimony,
Blood-dark wine - dowries bequeathed.
~
Bridesmaid tears and crooking hearts,
Crooking spines and crooking tarts,
Tall men endowed in black satin;
The church-bell gongs
ill-life begins.
~

Lachrymose,
All ghosts shall pass,
Passing brides and suits lambast;
Bonding souls 'til
death to part.
~
Such a work - insipid art.
