The day they met

It's about a day when i met a dear friend whom i met online (our first meeting ever) after months of Facebook chatting and talking on the phone.

A simple warm day of summer, became a special one to them, became a day to never forget
After all their dreaming, all their hopes came true, after all of that they met.
It was so beautiful and so true, no one could ever imagined the emotions they felt
It started with a hello and then twisted with texts like « where are u?” “Are u there yet? »
She told him they were close to the place where he said he was waiting at
Then, it happened, as if something magical began and that was seen in their first eye contact
And what made it even better, his reaction, his text where he wrote: OMG! My heart is beating fast 
She winked at him with a little smile of shyness as she kept moving and left
A while later, he searched for her in place she walked in to, while on the porch she sat
It took him a moment to find her but when he did he smiled like a fool, she liked that
The place was crowded, but none of that mattered to them ‘cause all they focused on was each other
She couldn’t take her eyes of his childish smile while he went back and forth in front of her
And his eyes, Oh! How they were glowing! Just like stars in the Galaxy’s atmosphere
She was happy to see him, she was overwhelmed with the look on his face that she was about to cry
The funny thing is that they didn’t care about the people on the ground ‘cause their feelings took them high 
It was just the two of them, and the poetic scene that draws the sensations up in the heavenly sky
All she wanted was to be in his arms, all he did was to hold her tight
However an innocent, warm hand touch electrified the place, though it was from far, it was more than enough for them
That lovely sweet act made him over his head and gave her some dancing butterflies
True friendship, true love were quiet clear to see both in their laugh and their eyes
They were grateful to have lived to see this unforgettable day, the day they 1st met.
