"

on certainty in political opinion

"

Lyric

If I help an old woman in crossing the street

have I done something sweet?

and is that still true once I’m seen with my posse

sippin’ some brews with a few neo-Nazis?

Among all the cherries that fall from a tree

some will be sour, then are we still free

to savor the rest?  That is the test

Those who oppose us are men or are demons

how much more pleasing is demon-believing

such virginal clearness composing our song:

absolute right versus absolute wrong
