A Poem by Moonwind Belmont

Another poem-song written by me in my college sophomore years.

Living this wretched life of mine
I sit in my own tears
Knowing all things are useless and are
bound to rot in time
It's so unfair to know the ones you love
are the ones who hate you most

And the time is right to see that no one cares
I'd like to go now but I think I'd rather die.
Looking at you I feel no love
because of what you have done for me
and the tides have turned to fate
and see what it has for you
Lost in a field of dreams where I've
lost all my friends
But don't you dare come back to me when
troubles do arise

Author's Note

Moonwind Belmont
A heavy riffed Rock song contemplating on what I felt during that time. I felt the people I loved hated me, even though I was doing everything. It sucks because I'd always be left out.The price I pay for being a nice guy.
