LET IT SNOW

LET IT SNOW

A Poem by Mosunmola Adeniyi

When my heart melts with the candle lights
And the vibe strides like the straying wave
With my warmth going straight to war
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

When the scents from blossoms travel far
And my eyes seem so cold to death
What becomes of the morrow I know not
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

To the view I pledge my zeal
With my soul in endless bliss
Do I gather the figs tonight?
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!
