Quietly, Now

Quietly, Now

A Story by Kayla M Meek
"

A dribble story written for a contest about a woman's betrayal.

"
I felt her hand on my mouth. She was on top of me, an urgency to her voice. "Someone's in the house."
We tried to escape. He kicked the door in, and shot. It hurt. I was blacking out...
I heard a girlish laugh and a kiss. That hurt more.
