Just finished!!!!! I'm rushing for my own reasons too tho b/c I'm leaving for S. America soon and I .. read moreJust finished!!!!! I'm rushing for my own reasons too tho b/c I'm leaving for S. America soon and I need to at least get these circulating so I can revise them for submission to journals. Now on to the next article on why livelihood programs in aid projects don't work.
