Unsure

Unsure

A Poem by Mrs MelRose
"

actions speak louder than words

"
How many the diary entries
Recording every misplaced smile
Every hand too close
Every moment too perfect

Laying on the floor next to you
Not with you
But next to you
With your phone touching my leg

Watching you preach to others
Then you standing close to me
Though not next to me
Smiling at me

I can't just ignore it
Those fuzzy feelings I get
I can't hide it either
But are you hiding them?

My imagination running wild
I know what we would argue about
But it's not clear how you feel
So I have to hold back
