You Wont Let Me Help

You tell me not to worry about you;
But it's amazing how much that I do;
It burns me alive from the inside out;
You still tell me not to care about you;
But it's amazing how much that I do;
I love you, but I cant let you find out;

I go and try to talk to you in a way;
But then all you do is push me away;
Please, I hate it when you don't want to talk
I go and try to help you in a way;
But still all you do is push me away;
And I cry inside when we do not talk;

I have a close friend who I have been trying to help them but they just keep pushing me away. i couldn't find the right words until now...

Very sweet and sad but great passion is in this. I love the lines

These lines I think are the most emotional in your poem.
And if this poem is about someone than I know where she's coming from.
So don't give up because one day if you haven't already, you will break the walls build up around her :)

This is a great poem. I know how it feels to be pushed away so, I can really relate to this, but sometimes I would do that without realizing it (and I know it's not fair to others). Anyway, amazing! One of my new favorite poems. =D
