One With Nature

One With Nature

A Poem by Perkele.7885

One With Nature
by Raj Rajaniemi

Cold,
frigid cold,
my body now devoid of all fluids;
lying as a statue to the frailty of man,
for all perpetuity!

Man is ill prepared for places
that he is want to belong,
places designed by the creator
for and to be the realm
of other prepared breeds of animals
for a purpose that I am not privy!

And so, here I lie;
frozen, well rigid beyond rigor mortis.
I am harder than a piece of ebonite stone,
on the outside,
while on the inside,
there lies a small flexive material core
that has refused as of yet;
to become, One With Nature!

Always a pleasure to read your words and you are welcome.
closing gives me a chuckle ...i'm singing a childhood song "the worms crawl in ..the worms call out ... through the belly and out the snout!" :)

i think you have some fine lines; those that inspire, elevated thinking ... meditations .. on what is important in life ... how little we know ... and its not always about us :}
enjoyed very much ... all good things to consider when dealing with our deaths

A higher purpose we do strive for, for the higher self. Oneness and wholeness are in unity with that purpose. Excellent,...:)
