Unwritten..

Unwritten..

A Poem by +Naomi+

I bend over the piece of paper,
it's crisp and smells of ink.
I imagine words covering it,
a masterpiece....

I scribble my N at the corner,
just as I do with everything,
and I try think up something.
I try to picture that story.
I can't though.

A hour later, I still sit.
Nothing has been written.
My minds blank,
My back's hunched forward,
my forehead creased.

I let the pen drop,
and I get up from the chair.
I can't write....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm sorry I haven't written much, I'm running out of ideas. I don't want to do something cheesy or anything but I'm having trouble. Writer's Block is consuming my mind...
Can I say Help? :P lol
All I can say is I feel ya. What I do is think of my mind like a sponge for inspiration. It soaks it up throughout the day, and at night I wring it out. Some days I don't soak up enough, so I wait. It always comes to me, just try and keep going, and never give up an oppurtunity to go on an adventure. Even if it is just taking a walk
I get writers block all the time. It sucks majorly. I wrote a story about it in class once cuz our teacher was forcing us to write stories.
The best thing to do on a writer's block..It keeps u flowing..I like what I see because I know where it;s coming from..I have one advice.. Let the pen flow and do whatever it wants..
Today I'm reading some William Wordsworth. His poetry give me ideas and make me want to create. His poetry is like a roller coaster in language and story. Hard to awake the desire to write. Sometime we need to escape and see what is going on in the world. Can rebirth desire to write some poetry and story. A very good poem. I know the feeling.
this is great, writing about writers block is always a great idea, everyone has a different way of expressing it. don't worry, something will come to you and its going to be fantastic! with every writers block comes an explosion of inspiration afterward. :)
