Tell Me..

Tell Me..

A Poem by +Naomi+

Tell me a story,
of the explicit abyss.

Tell me a story,
of your last wishful kiss.

Tell me a story,
of you last spoken words.

Tell me a story,
of the thing you last overheard.

Tell me a story,
full of rocky canyons.

Tell me a story,
of your screaming companion.

Tell me the story,
about your last goodbyes,
your final cries.

Tell me the story,
of how you jumped from the earth,
and of how you regret your own birth.

I like this poem. In my young days. I would wander and listen to people good and bad stories. I like the way you set-up this poem. The request for story about the simple and needed things in a life. A strong ending to a excellent poem.
