A Poem by Black Jess

In a society where everyone is a know-it-all

I prefer neither hear their nonsenses nor speak to prove them wrong

I just go !

Because I hate having conversations with such people and arguing about everything

Like a flower than can’t blossom in darkness

I can’t open myself in a crowd of people who make me feel uncomfortable and worthless

Wanting to write but don’t know what

Inspired by writers, books and novels but you just can’t write like them

Wanting to do something great but never reaching it

Wanting to be somewhere else but can never be

Wanting to meet new people that understand and make you feel something but can’t find them, even your closest are not like they used to be anymore

Wanting to live a fairytale, to experience love, passion, have an adventure but it’s only in your dreams

Wanting to be somebody you can’t be

Wanting to do things that you are not allowed to do

Wanting to, wanting to …

So you just learn to accept it and live with it

Like Passenger said :

" When you can’t get the things you love, you learn to love the things you have "

About
Writing is my escape. I want to be lost in a world made of books, tea and rainy days. We need never be ashamed of our tears, for they are rain upon the blinding dust of earth, overly.. more..
