The language of flowers can be often mysterious. In my mind, roses usually symbolize love and passion. It's color alone can also be seen as a representation of hate or anger, which is sometimes entwined with the concept of love. These are the undeniable factors of relationships that makes them so complex, yet, wonderful when you find someone that you can unite with. Beautiful poem!

Red - the color provoking passion, anxiety and anger. Funny how often love is mixed with all those. This reminds me of heartbreak; feeling like one's heart is bleeding out into the body.
