To My Lost Ones
Such a catastrophe you bring me
When you’re away
Makes me soak in sadness
Until you shined your light
“Hey, how was your day?”
Such a downfall to not have you
In my life by my side
At the pit of my morning dew
To the daily struggles that are surrounding us
However, one of these ole days
We will be together again holding hands
Having fun just like back then
Our younger years, growing strong
Everyday, all day long
You make me soar into
The goodness of the Lord.
