My Lotus and Me

British racing green

and

number seventeen

Very

nearly number one

though ..

Once upon a moment

gone ..

Or so it did Zen

almost seem to me ..

But listen

and loudly

That tree when falling

never made

a single sound …………

This has to be about a racing car and a tree falling on it. If you owned that lotus and lost it, how unfortunate. However it could mean something else entirely. There is always that element of intrigue in your writing Neville. You can never be quite sure as a reader which path to take. Mystery keeps the mind alive. Happy Saturday:)

your Lotus whispers some really wise thoughts to You dear N, after all Lotuses are divine and wise, even when she seems to be losing all her petals but one left, wining isn't much important when when we lose ourselves, and the real strength comes that when we fall, we fall alone without making a fuss about it that no one actually notices that, and then we rise and we rise alone and silently... the real strength comes when we do all that alone by ourselves.

Quite possibly, this poem has not been reviewed yet becuz others (like me) are googling, trying to figure out if you're writing about a flower, a vehicle, or a heating pad? But I will have to place my bet at the race track! Here's a little chin tickle as my consolation if you don't win (((HUGS)))
