Remember Frieda

Remember Frieda

A Poem by Neville
"

I will leave it entirely up to you, at least for the time being.................

Remember Frieda

Why does she no longer submit fresh words here for us to consider

Why does she no longer leave a trace of herself

behind

I suspect because you frightened her

 away

Just like you have so many

 others

Do you remember

Frieda

?

Neville, I never knew Frieda, but I have heard from others here how sorely she is missed. If she left because of another, that is so sad to learn. It is wonderful that you are thinking of her today and I am sure you will get many visitors here who will second that. All good wishes for you
dear Neville.

Having heard of Frieda, but never seeing her work, I can understand how damaging trolls can be. Having left one Writing Group myself for this reason many years ago, I discovered this site, which has the mechanism for blocking these menaces, Two trolls have now "bit the dust", but they were inarticulate, anyway.

Thank you!
I understand how frightened Frieda must have felt, and finally left this lovely place. We are here on WC to write, share and appreciate the writings of each other and a friendship that's pure and wholesome, but some insist on making this site a place of exchanging intimate feelings. That is very frustrating and scary. I hope she is well and still writing to her heart's content.

It is such a shame, but it had to be said.. yes, she was kinda good, wasn't she...
She won't be alone in leaving due to the nasty side of the keyboard arsewipes. I only hope that anonymous turn their attention to them. Lets see how these f**k-nuggets like it when theyare hacked and we all see what we always expected, a flabby, cheeto eating virgin, who lives in his parents bedroom and will most likely die there, un-noticed.
(i am wildly stereotyping here, but we all know im right) :)
Can't really blame her to be honest. Have you seen the latest arsehole on here? A spammer, spamming spammers??? & ? The ubertwat is born!

Neville Pettitt,
This poem brought me a to a state of caution...to be be aware of the vulnerability of the hearts of others. The fine line between honesty and saying and hurting a soul. You penned your lovely and thoughtful thoughts beautifully and in a way to bring contemplation. Be careful with our hearts and with the hearts of others. I needed this reminder. Thank You and bless Frieda.
Blessings,
Kathy

I see this poem in a whole new light now. This was no infamous troll, but a jackal. Scary.
