Even when you are in the gutter it isn't too late to reach for the stars, but it is better to reach for them before you get there. So yes, if you find yourself free falling, be quick do something about it. A very sound piece of advice here Neville. You gave this reader some fine imagery of free falling without a parachute. Not recommended. Have a good day, though it is bloomin breezy in this neck of the woods and chilly too. Coat weather again.

What do you think got me in this mess in the first place? I could have been perfectly happy with wee sexy Sadie from down the village, but no, I had to go for glory with all those exotic and classy names, such as Shontelle and Destiny. (And it wasn't me that said they are stripper names, that's what you thought... And you'd be right)
I've been falling for ages mate. I've even resigned myself to the fateful splat to come and stopped flapping my arms.

Indeed, if one can clutch for the straws, one can also try to reach for the stars. It’s just a matter of changing an outlook, or a strategy or a tactical move. Yet many don’t wish to change their trajectory. Perhaps they love the fall and all the misery and self-pity that goes with it. An awesome message dear sir. Loved it!

Wise advice
Try to keep your head above water
Reaching for the stars as you are falling could be too much and tip you over
But yes once you are stable why not reach for the stars

At present I can see the stars
system is improving > Tablet strength has beeb reduced
At least I can now do full squats (without the weights)

Blood Pressure just tested > well within normal readings, It sounds as if They test everything > Another test in a months time
