Of what I've learned

Of what I've learned

A Poem by Nitesh Mahabal

All the forgotten goodness,
That disappeared inside,
When the cold demons,
Within me smiled,
Made me realize,
Words of the wise.

Care and love,
Two sides of terror,
Ignorance and imposing,
Two sides of pleasure,
Brought to me,
My cherished treasure.

Fake world order,
Pretentious way living,
Plastic smiles, glitzy appearance,
Adulterated thinking,
Why can't you see?
A sense of logic missing

You said a lot in the poem. I agree with your logic and the ending. Understand life and world. A impossible task. Thank you Nitesh for sharing the amazing poetry.
