Transition

Transition

A Poem by Nitesh Mahabal

There’s a thin line,
Between hope and despair,
That drives men crazy,
When they get there.

Dreaming about destiny,
When they come across fate,
They find themselves stuck,
In never ending rat race,

Looking for luxury,
Some greed wealth,
End up being lonely,
In unstable mental health,

Self claimed scholars,
With ignorant mind,
Keep voicing opinions,
Expecting to shine,

Such is the situation,
With people these days,
Evil intentions hidden,
Behind every smiling face.

This is all so true. Humanity's demise is always wanting more. They are not satisfied with what they have. If they only realize that they are far richer than most people.
