Fading

Fading

A Poem by Nomopheonix

feeling you fade from my fingers
slipping through my grasp in your cold embrace
I forgot how long its been since i was lost
There wont be no one to miss me if I'm gone
Even if someone found me, I will be lost

Feeling you go, these feelings return
How can I say I love you when your gone
How can I be myself when you were my anchor
How can i move on and be alive
How can I be myself....

Who am i really...
I lost myself, i can't remember who i was before you
I can't imagine a life without you

Dear Poet. Somedays can be so hard.
"Feeling you go, these feelings return
How can I say I love you when your gone
How can I be myself when you were my anchor
How can i move on and be alive
How can I be myself...."
I know and I understand the above lines. Our anchor leave us and we stand bare-naked wanting little. I like the honest tone and the thoughts shared in the poetry. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.
