Relieve the Buttress

Relieve the Buttress

A Poem by Nous
"

letting it fall

"
"From life's school of war:"

Relieve the buttress

let the structure fail

if it cannot stand on its own

then it was never meant to last

stone will topple to rubble

wall will crash open

and light will invade the too long darken rooms

its time to make a new

from the broken bones of an old home

we'll build a citadel

never will a creation stand so alone
