Fade to Black

Fade to Black

A Poem by November Gold

Fade to black, I do it well

Traveling deep down

Into my own private hell

I am all that you fear

But all that you crave

One time your Master, one time your Slave.

I am a duality, a double edged sword

Guilty and innocent

Bind you with ropes and then cut the chord.

A bitter taste and then the sweetest juice

Bitter will but tender heart

Figure it out? It’s just no use!
