Diadem of Stars

Diadem of Stars

A Chapter by Nusquam Esse

Diadem of Stars

Upon this brow?
These are but tears of
stilled beaten hearts
For impermanence clasps
as only forgotten vows will
pantomimed to listless lips
My Cocytus, my fallen petal
Bourne far beyond
lethean regrets of
Chrysanthemum

Sunt lacrimae rerum
et mentem mortalia tangunt.
