Until

The boy took anyone

Light skin,

Dark skin.

Blue, green, hazel, brown, purple, and silver eyes.

He treated every girl

Like gold.

Until a new one came along.

He was admired, 

But never reached.

So beautiful to look at

But it was all a light trick.

He was never real all the way through.

Yet when he's gone

You will miss him.

And when he returns

You forgive all the down pour

That comes along with him.
