Nothing

Nothing

A Poem by Omikron
"

What is nothing?

"
There is something and then there's nothing. Something hurts but can also be pleasurable, but nothing is just nothing.
However, if nothing is nothing, it means that nothing is something. And if nothing is something, it can be everything. So nothing is the secret to everything.
What if I truly feel hollow? If i truly feel nothing. Then I still feel something, I feel an empty space, I feel the lack of something. Therefore, depression isn't losing everything, depression isn't nothing, depression is the lack of hapiness, and that is something.

The way you have your poem structures you take most of the flow away, I would like to offer an edit critique restructuring your work into a poem format. If I have offended you in doing this then I ask your forgiveness.

There is something and then there's nothing
Something hurts but can also be pleasurable
But nothing is just nothing
However, if nothing is nothing
It means that nothing is something
And if nothing is something
It can be everything
So nothing is the secret to everything
What if I truly feel hollow
If I truly feel nothing
Then I still feel something
I feel an empty space
I feel the lack of something
Therefore, depression isn't losing everything
Depression isn't nothing
Depression is the lack of happiness
And that is something

Review: Deep wisdom and philosophy worth the hours of contemplation it inspires. Bravo! Clap! Clap! Clap!
