A MOTHER'S HEART REMEMBERS

A MOTHER'S HEART REMEMBERS

A Poem by Miss Sharon
"

A poem I wrote after my son passed away....in his memory.

"
A first born son to call my own,
With joy and pride I brought you home.
There nestled in the cradle bough...
A mother's heart remembers now.
~~~
Those tiny hands wrapped 'round my soul,
Then made my broken places whole.
So blessed by god, with love endowed...
A mother's heart remembers now.
~~~
With each new dawn you cast your spell,
We did our best to raise you well.
Your dad and I took solemn vows...
A mother's heart remembers now.
~~~
Though years of time have come and gone,
From wells of gladness I have drawn
Fulfillment~~which your life allowed...
A mother's heart remembers now.
******
In loving memory of my son
Dear Sharon. I Always carry Him in my heart. I don't believe I ever asked what his name is. It is to my extra pleasantry to know it is Rodney.
Hello Rodney, I can't wait to meet up with you. You have the sweetest Mother as you know. A Mothers Love can reach eternity. Yes "A Mother's Heart" it's a God thing. Nothing can stop it. Not Time, Space, Nor Death. Sincerely, Best Regards to you both and Thank You Sharon for sharing this Beautiful Poem. Your Light. Bravery, and Courage is Shining Bright.Thank you for being a lighthouse and shining your light and helping others find the port till we are all rejoined on the same shores.Life keeps me busy but I think of you often. Almost everyday I lean on your courage knowing it can be done. Your an amazing Poetess and Amazing Mother and Woman. Your friend and Comrade :-) connie
'A MOTHER'S HEART REMEMBERS'
Miss Sharon,
To have the blessing of love's reality as a mother is so wonderful.
I am reminded of this as I read your sweet poem. Your son, 'Rodney'
has left his impact on your life and heart. it is a reminder to all of us
who have children what a real responsibility and joy it is. The whole
poem in it's honesty was very catching for sure.
'Though years of time have come and gone.
from wells of gladness I have drawn'
Fulfillment which your life allowed...
A mother's heart remembers now.
Love is an eternal thing and straight from God's heart.
Blessings to you.
