TOMORROW, LOVE

TOMORROW, LOVE

A Poem by Miss Sharon
"

Love and nature poem

"
TOMORROW, LOVE

Tomorrow, love when trees stand stripped
And bare against the snow-banked hills,
Where shivering birds beneath the eaves
Have sheltered for the night...

We’ll turn our faces southward, love,
We'll turn our faces 'tward the sky beside
The summer isle where eagles soar and
Magpie roam...and flowers wait for Spring.

We'll seek our solitude where lovers go to
Wish upon a star, and we will build
A cabin there beside the rippling stream...
Where none should aught to offer ill or harm.

Hi Sharon, you make the heart sing with your wonderful write. Once more you write a poetic gem. This was a beautiful read, Sharon. A dream that does sing within the confines of the mind. I will take the dream. Have a wonderful Saturday. Hugs always....Mike.

Thank you for your very kind words in review! ~Sharon
Solitude where lovers go to wish upon the stars.

Such a beautiful thought penned in this line. To want to escape the winter and go some where warm and enjoy the company of the one we love.

Together through all the seasons, in the presence of nature and her wonders. A love poem and beautifully conveyed Sharon.

It's like the place Alvin York wanted to build for his bride after the war.
Dreams are what relationships are made of and on.

Together we will be strong enough to weather the vicious winter and hang on until spring warms our hearts and souls once again.
