Blue Boots

Blue Boots

A Poem by Opposum
"

do you remember those blue boots I used to wear?

"

Do you remember those blue boots I used to wear?

 I wore them allways

like a toy you loved like crazy

Do you remember how they look like a spacemans?

a spaceman who love blue more than you could fathom

those blue boots I wore through spring,

and was scorned for because there was no reason

Do you remember when I stopped wearing them?

and started to wear my jacket

and our teacher wouldnt allow it,

cause it wasnt cold

so I wore Hoodies and sweaters*

*and to this day I still wear them

I wear my boots too,

though they'r no longer physical

they are still on my feet
