Breathe

Breathe

A Poem by Your Teaship
"

Just something different.

"
Breathe.
From your toes to your head and in your fingertips;
feel, taste, hear, see, smell the world around you.
Breathe.
And to your core though life strips you bare;
someone follows, mirrors, admires what you do.
Breathe.
Weak or strong, you are perfectly imperfect.
You are flawed and plagued with regret.
Breathe.
Guild and anger, fear and sorrow;
these emotions are yours but only to borrow.
Nothing ever lasts,
and the past is just that.
Don't build a bridge but fight the storm,
carry your burdens and meet life halfway.
Breathe.

You mold yourself, not the world around you.
Be the Master, not the Puppet.
A marionette has its strings pulled,
but only because everyone has it fooled.

Author's Note

Your Teaship
I'm not sure what I was going through and it's very choppy. Little to no consistency or pattern. Just word-splurge.
