What is Love?

baby dont hurt me, dont hurt me, no more! (sorry i had to) but in all seriousness what is love?

She stares out the window,

Watching his car pull away,

Tears falling down her cheeks

What is love?

She asks,

To no one but herself

Love is letting someone go,

even when you want them to stay

She dries her tears,

She knows she must set him free

Love is knowing in your heart,

that they are the only one for you

She gets up,

Staring after him one last time

Love is waiting patiently for them to return,

Because they are all you want

She sits at a table where forever she shall wait,

Until he decides he loves her too

What is love? While others seek it. Others have love come into there hands.
But is love just a facade created by your brain to fill The lonelyness or desire that lies within ones self?
If it is why do we still yearn it to the point where we can't stand it.
What is love.
