The Flash

A Poem by mysticgmekeepr

Men think we are showing them
Our bodies,
When we are really
Revealing our souls

The thinly veiled heart of a women
Lies beneath our breast,
It winks and blinks unexpectedly
In a flash of soft and naked flesh.

Mystic, your poetry and style is different and refreshing. You're like a painter who finds a new way to paint with meaning and brio. This review applies also to the passing storm which I read before deciding to review this one. Only one small nitpick: In the 1st line of the second verse I'm sure you meant to say "Heart of a woman." That said, It's nice to read poetry that's a bit different. (and well done)
