Dangerous Tales

Dangerous Tales

A Poem by PandaPeaceful

Water collided under the moonlight,
Sparking tales of the unwanted.
Like a soft melody spiraling in the air,
the young man vanished beneath the waves.

The sirens mumbled with joy,
screaming in total fascination.
For the air within him had been banished,
no voice, nor vote, nor warmth.

He was dragged into the cave,
his blood twisting under him.
And there he stayed,
not a hand in sight.

For his family would find him,
dead in every way possible.
They mourned his farewell,
and sought his murderer.

But luck came never,
for the years to come,
would be terrible.
Blood would spill,
and tales would kill.
