Surreal Echo

Surreal Echo

A Poem by L0v3craft
"

Surreal thought.

"
Heads fell from the sky
down dirty naked thighs.
Our souls stretched and wondered why
we weren't given wings to fly.

Just a very surreal thought I felt compelled to write down and share in the form of a poem...if you can call it that.

Sorry that I haven't been writing anything decent lately...I'm still fighting with writer's block and all I've managed is to write short stuff. Hopefully my muse in my dreams will return to me and I'll be back with uploading my epic shit :P

This reminds me of a movie trailer for M Night Shyamalan that I saw a few years ago. This poem is quite surreal indeed. I always wondered what it would be like to fly. Maybe you could make other poems that asked timeless questions with surreal backdrops to break your writer's block.
