Pathersville

A Poem by ParkerTheWriter

We're rotting away in our cubes,
Staring at screens of artificial sunlight,
In search of enlightenment.

We're so close but we don't realize how close.
Suffocating and drowning in information,
We forget to live because we're always in search for meaning.
If we'd just open our eyes a little we'd see what it truly means to be alive and just how amazing it is to be filled with life.

About
I enjoy reading philosophy. It's become one of my favorite reading materials. I'm very politically minded, often thinking of the faults and f**k ups of the world rather than the positive things in fro.. more..
