I think it's getting bad again

and not because I didn't shower today

or yesterday

but because I wanted to, but it was too much work

I think its getting bad again

and not because I woke up crying 

or fell asleep that way last night

but because every sob threatened to break into smaller and smaller pieces

I think its getting bad again

and not because Im always tired

or trying to nap

but because even when I do I'm exhausted

I think its getting bad again

and not because i over eat

or because i dont

but because eating is a forced behavior again

And your advice saves no one but the moment

and your worry digs me deeper

and I cant see my way out

I think its getting bad again

and I want to disappear

or sleep in my bed until forever comes

but i think thats just because its bad again
